Heavyweight Rip-Stop Nylon

A durable technical fabric made of 100% polyamide, designed for applications requiring maximum resistance and structural stability. The material features a rip-stop structure, visible as a regular reinforcing grid, which effectively limits the spread of tears and increases the fabric′s durability under intensive use.

Thanks to its thick, dense weave and high grammage of 380 g/m², the fabric has a distinctly heavy, "hardware" feel and excellent resistance to mechanical damage. The material′s construction ensures dimensional stability and resistance to deformation, even under heavy loads. The fabric is coated with polyurethane (PU), which limits moisture penetration and enhances its functionality in both field and outdoor applications. This coating gives the material a slightly stiffened form, making it suitable for structural applications.

The color scheme is a light, subdued beige-olive shade with a matte finish. The shade is quite light, inspired by the desert palette and modern tactical equipment, giving the fabric a universal, military character and highlighting the rip-stop structure. The material is recommended for the production of tactical backpacks and bags, covers, outdoor equipment, covers, reinforcements, and other products requiring high durability and resistance to outdoor conditions.
